VaxCertPH is the official digital vaccination certificate for Filipinos and non-Filipinos vaccinated in the Philippines that may be used for international and domestic travel.
This is better than the vaccination card because the VaxCertPH adheres to World Health Organization standards for digital vaccine certificates and should be recognized by international apps that certify vaccination and testing records. But please refrain from posting your personal details on your VaxCert.
